Join us at Babler State Park for a 2.25-mile exploration of the Woodbine trail. We’ll spend the morning immersed in Nature, using mindfulness and curiosity to reaffirm our connectedness to all life. We close our practice with a short, seated meditation in a field. This is an opportunity to join a community of like-minded yogis, delight in the wonders of Spring, and bathe in the healing powers of the forest.
