We begin by sharing ceremonial cacao—pure, unrefined chocolate revered for centuries as a heart-opening plant ally—as we unite in presence and set our intentions for the journey ahead. Cacao’s unique properties invite deep connection with yourself and the group. From there, you'll be guided through a gentle energy clearing to release stagnant energy, quiet the mind, and create space for greater clarity, vitality, and authenticity. 

With your body awakened and your energy aligned, you'll be led through Akashic Dance—a unique blend of somatic postures, intuitive movement, and ecstatic dance in the Akashic Records. This dance is designed to help you move beyond the stories you've carried and release stuck emotions. Rather than learning choreography, you'll be invited to listen to your body's wisdom, express yourself freely, and embody greater joy, freedom, and wholeness. You'll leave feeling grounded, energized, deeply connected to yourself, and inspired to carry that sense of liberation into your everyday life.

No prior experience is necessary. This experience is non-hallucigenic and open to people of all backgrounds and belief systems.
