This class is geared towards anyone who needs extra time spent opening the hips, hamstrings, quadriceps, back, neck and shoulders. The class will address some of the specific imbalances that often arise in the body when we engage in repetitive movements that occur in sports and everyday activities. We will use gentle movements, long stretches as well as therapy balls for myofascial release to eliminate pain, improve range of motion and assist in downregulation and recovery. This class is open to students of all levels, body types and ages.
