This class is geared towards anyone who needs extra time spent opening up the hips, hamstrings, quads, low back and shoulders. The class will address some of the specific imbalances that often arise in the body when we engage in intense repetitive movements that occur in sports. We will also use yoga therapy balls for myofascial release to help eliminate pain, improve range of motion and assist in downregulation/recovery. This class is open to students of all levels.
