Whether you're a first-time meditator or have had a personal practice for years, this class offers the space for yogis to come together in community and experience the power of meditation. We practice techniques such as mindfulness of the body, mindfulness of the mind, and mindfulness of felt sensations. We explore the practices of insight meditation (vipassana), loving-kindness meditation (metta), concentration, and contemplation. There is no movement in this class, and you are guided and supported through the entire practice.
