We will teach you the principles of the handstand technique and the exercises to help get you there. We will help you to understand your handstand position and balance, while also improving your strength and mobility. In this class we provide progressions and drills for all levels of strength and experience that make handstand training accessible to everyone
The great thing about learning to Handstand is that there are beginner, intermediate and advanced progressions so there is something for every level and there is always something new to learn. Each class will be structured with a warm up, strength training, handstand wall work and end with free spotting and more advanced skills for those who are ready.  All levels are welcome to attend this class (you do not need to know how to handstand already).
