Join us for a special afternoon meditation during this season of thanksgiving. We’ll explore gratitude meditation practices, which open and soften the heart and allow it to better receive happiness. Whether it’s your first time meditating, or you’ve had a personal practice for years, this meditation class will support you and guide you through 60 minutes, either seated or lying down. This is a beautiful way to pause, find stillness, and cultivate the seeds of love.
