Transformative Movement: Embark on a journey of self-discovery and release through a series of gentle, mindful movements designed to help you tap into your body’s innate wisdom and let go of stress and tension.
Conscious Breathing Experience: The healing power of breath as you learn to use conscious breathing techniques to activate your body’s natural relaxation response, allowing deep-seated emotions to surface gently and be released.
Gentle Stretching: Unwind and relax through guided stretches that target key areas of tension, allowing you to release physical stress and find a deeper sense of inner peace.
Emotional Integration: Develop a heightened awareness of your feelings, emotions, and sensations as you learn to identify patterns and create lasting change in your daily life.
Inner Stillness: Experience the profound effects of deep relaxation through guided meditation, quieting the mind, and creating a nurturing space for healing, growth, and self-awareness.

Class 1: Introduction to Somatic Movement and Awareness
In this class, participants will be introduced to the concept of somatic movement and its benefits in reducing stress and releasing emotions from the body. The class will cover the basics of somatic awareness, including how to pay attention to bodily sensations and the importance of mindfulness in this practice. Participants will learn simple somatic movements that can help release tension in the body and promote relaxation.
Class 2: Focusing on the Breath
Breath is a fundamental aspect of somatic movement, as it can help regulate the nervous system and promote relaxation. In this class, participants will learn how to use breath to reduce stress and release emotions from the body. Attendees will practice various breathing techniques, including diaphragmatic, pursed-lips, and equal breathing. Participants will also learn how to integrate breath with movement to deepen their somatic practice.
Class 3: Releasing Tension in the Neck and Shoulders
The neck and shoulders are common areas where tension accumulates due to stress and poor posture. In this class, participants will learn somatic movements designed to release tension in these areas. Attendees will practice gentle movements targeting the neck, shoulders, and upper back muscles, including head turns, shoulder rolls, and arm circles. Participants will also learn how to use props such as blankets or pillows to support their practice.
Class 4: Releasing Tension in the Hips and Legs
Tension in the hips and legs can contribute to discomfort in daily life and make it difficult to move with ease. In this class, participants will learn somatic movements designed to release tension in these areas. Attendees will practice gentle movements that target the hips, legs, and feet muscles, including hip circles, ankle rolls, and knee bends. Participants will also learn how to use props such as blocks or bolsters to support their practice
