In this Warm, 80-85 degree infrared heated class - Vinyasa meets Yin. In VinYin students will work towards building heat with a fun, dynamic vinyasa practice & wind down with longer held Yin postures (2-5 mins). These longer held postures allow gravity to set in as the muscles gently release. In Yin, with longer hold times, we aim to target the deep connective tissues & help keep the joints lubricated. **WARM class heated to 80-85. No additional humidity. Cool lavender towels will be provided at the end of each class
