Join us at Wildwood’s Bluff View Trail for a 2.5-mile mindful saunter through gorgeous Nature. We’ll spend the morning in awareness, and remember our connectedness to all life. We’ll explore standing, walking, and sitting meditation techniques. This is an opportunity to join a community of like-minded yogis, delight in Summer, and bathe in the healing powers of the forest.
