In this Warm, 80-85 degree infrared heated class - Vinyasa meets Yin. In this 60 minute class, students will work towards building heat with a fun, dynamic vinyasa practice at the beginning of class & wind down with longer held Yin postures (held for 2-5 mins). These longer held postures allow gravity to set in as the muscles gently release.
In Yin with longer hold times, we aim to target the deep connective tissues & help keep the joints lubricated. Combined with the use of sound healing instruments like singing bowls & other vibrational tools helps to deepen relaxation & promote a meditative state.
This class is a WARM class – using infrared heat to 80-85, with no additional humidity. Cool lavender towels will be provided at the end of each class
