Join Jenna for a New Year’s Day class designed to celebrate personal accomplishments and acknowledge achievements. This practice features a total-body vinyasa flow that energizes and strengthens the body. Participants will welcome 2025 with breathwork and a guided intention-setting meditation.

The class offers an opportunity to reframe perspectives, focus on the successes of the past year, and embrace the fresh start that 2025 brings.
