Do you need a break from the over stimulation and noise of everyday life? Are you ready to make a commitment to silence? Join Della in an almost completely silent practice that will fill you with a sense of peace.
 Silence can have a powerful impact, even if it is just for one hour. More than just the postures, this silent practice is about our sense of self-awareness and the letting go of comparison and mental chatter. We will journey inward, guided by the rhythm of our own breath and inner wisdom of our body. We will release the expectation of external guidance and embrace the freedom of discovery. Step onto the mat, breathe, and listen to the inner divine light.
