**Our first Nature Meditation, despite the rainy and muddy conditions, was a wonderful success! The weather didn’t dampen our spirits, and we embraced the elements, finding peace and grounding in the beauty of nature. It was an unforgettable experience, and we’re excited to invite you to join us for the next one!

Mark your calendars for Saturday, April 26, for our next Nature Meditation. We’ll explore the serene 2.5-mile Dogwood Trail at Babler State Park, allowing the sights and sounds of nature to guide our journey. Along the way, we’ll pause for simple meditation practices that help cultivate mindfulness and relaxation, giving you a chance to reconnect with yourself and the natural world around you.

Come prepared with comfortable shoes, water, towel or blanket for seated mediation (optional) and an open heart. We look forward to seeing you on the trail for another peaceful, grounding experience!
