Summer Somatic Flow – Embodying Ease & Aliveness
Join us for a transformative 6-week journey designed to tap into the vibrant energy of summer and reconnect with your body’s natural sense of aliveness. Through somatic movement, mindful breathwork, and neuroplasticity-based practices, you will rediscover fluidity, release tension, and create new pathways for feeling fully present and alive.
What to Expect: All levels of ability.
- Gentle, mindful movement to release tension and spark vitality
- Somatic Movement + Gentle Flow – No experience needed. Somatic practices to nurture fluidity and presence
- Neuroplasticity-based exercises to rewire patterns for deeper aliveness
- Nature-inspired visualizations for grounding and renewal
- Nervous System Nourishment – Polyvagal-informed breathwork, grounding, and self-regulation woven throughout.
- Rest + Integration – Classes close with reflection, intention, or restorative rest to help new patterns take root
- Reflection practices to deepen awareness and connection
